THE AERIN COLLECTION

"This home really influenced my collection for Williams Sonoma," says AERIN brand founder Aerin Lauder of her family's Palm Beach estate. Shop the collection, and see inside Aerin's home, here: http://www.williams-sonoma.com/shop/home-furniture/home-tour-aerin-lauder/ Built in 1924 by noted architect Marion Sims Wyeth (who also designed Doris Duke's Shangri La in Honolulu) Aerin's family home is perfectly suited to its breezy, oceanfront Palm Beach florida location.

Fans of Aerin Lauder and her Aerin lifestyle brand will be happy to know she has launched a new line at Williams-Sonoma. Called The AERIN Collection, it's inspired by three major influences in her life: her mother, Jo Carole; her grandmother, Estée Lauder, founder of the cosmetics empire; and the Lauder family's estate in Palm Beach. That's evident in the collection's use of sea shells, natural elements including straw, touches of blue, and accents of gold, which her grandmother taught her to treat as a neutral.

For the Estée Lauder scion, her family's seaside getaway is a place full of rich memories and endless inspiration Connect with Architectural Digest Online: Visit ArchDigest.com: http://www.archdigest.com/ Follow Architectural Digest on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/architecturaldigest Follow Architectural Digest on Google+: https://plus.google.com/+Archdigest/videos Follow Architectural Digest on Twitter: https://twitter.com/ArchDigest Follow Architectural Digest on Instagram: http://instagram.com/archdigest Follow Architectural Digest on Pinterest: http://www.pinterest.com/archdigest/ ABOUT ARCHITECTURAL DIGEST The leading international design authority, Architectural Digest features articles and videos of the best in architecture, style, culture, travel, and shopping.

"My grandmother said everything can be beautiful if you take the time," says Aerin in one of the videos about the collection. "Whether it's your kitchen, desk or night table, it's those finishing touches - fresh flowers or a beautiful picture frame - that make a home a home.
